    Acquisition - MA identified a natural food & beverage company with good growth potential. MA served as business broker representing a Fortune 500 buyer in the successful acquisition of this company.

    Acquisition - A major supplier of fast food products retained MA to find a buyer and assist in all phases of a complex negotiation strategy. MA was the sole business broker in the selection and negotiation with a Fortune 500 buyer who called the acquisition an excellent extension to their product line.
